2011 Wine Show
Entries are invited for the tenth annual Daylesford Wine Show.
As has been the case in previous years, entry will be restricted to wine made from fruit grown (85%) in the Macedon Ranges and surrounding Wine Regions, ie Bendigo, Heathcote, Kilmore, Sunbury and Ballarat.
The wine must be bottled. Three bottles of wine will be required for each entry, and each bottle must carry the Daylesford Wine Show label. However you do not need to remove your own labels. Wines entered must be available for purchase at your cellar door or other outlet.
Trophy or top medal winners undertake to supply two cases free to Lake House if required for the awards dinner on Friday 19th November. (In return, you will be entitled to receive a case of mixed surplus show wines.)

Wines claiming to be organic must be certified.
Last year we did not get enough entries in this category to make an award – so if you know of any organic or preservative free wineries in the wine show area, do persuade them to enterTrophies will only be awarded to wines achieving gold medals.
